Great value and location, with short walking distance to two beautiful beaches, Maho Beach and Simpson's Bay, and popular bars and restaurants nearby. the apartments, although simple and older style, are completely furnished, have AC and reliable wifi. Plus, the viewing terrace offers a stunning view of departures and arrivals from the airport.

The lack of road to some restaurants at night makes the dark walking path uncomfortable. the wifi connection is poor, which could be inconvenient if you rely on it for work or leisure activities.

The location of this hotel was superb! Being in a quiet neighbourhood next to a busy airport, I had the unique opportunity of witnessing the airplanes take off and land from the comfort of my apartment. Additionally, Maho Beach, which is only a five-minute walk away, was the perfect spot for basking in the sun and enjoying the turquoise waters. I was also pleased to find ample parking space and reliable means of transportation nearby the hotel!

Nothing, it is perfect.

Great location for plane spotters! Close to a top-notch beach and a supermarket. The terrace offers a great vantage point to watch planes. Rooms were equipped with reliable wifi and air conditioning.

Mosquitoes were an annoyance. The terrace lacked any shade, making it uncomfortable to sit outside for long periods.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport and Maho Beach, which was great for plane spotting and easy access to the beach. the room was decent with a comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. the service was friendly and offered some helpful advice about the area. We appreciated the common roof with airport views and several amenities nearby.

The breakfast was quite limited, which was disappointing.
